He also enjoys spending time with his wife Carolyn and his two daughters. Lily has worked as a cake designer and decorator at Heidelberg Cakes since 2009. Lily is our primary chocolate artist and cupcake decorator extraordinaire. Outer of work, you can find her hanging out with her Australian Shepherd, Archie, or watching live music at her favorite pub. Nicole has worked as a cake designer and decorator at Heidelberg Cakes since 2007. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, bike riding and spending time with her Collie dog Lully. Kate has worked as the baker at Heidelberg Cakes since 2003. She is a capable chef and has worked closely to accurate her baking skills below James instructions. She is responsible for the delicious cake smells wafting into our store. When not baking up a storm, Kate enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and daughter. Kevin has worked at Heidelberg Cakes since 2005 and is a qualified baker. He works on cutting, filling, shaping, stacking and delivering cakes. Outer of work, he enjoys driving his Volkswagen Beach Buggy and spending time with his son, Calvin. She is a highly talented cake and icing sculptor and wedding cake artist.
