Scott has more than twenty years of experience in building and leading high growth teams which includes the development execution of global business strategies, entering fresh vertical geographic markets, driving profitable, international revenue growth and managing international merger acquisition activity. Scott’s service on these groups help the U.S. Government and member companies to form international trade policy, including importing, exporting, U.S. manufacturing and smallmediumsize business support. While there, Eckerle oversaw multistage operational initiatives for the world's largest prerecorded, optical disc manufacturing facilities. He is responsible for leading Pelican's consumer sales and business development efforts including strategic partnerships as the company continues its consumer focus with the popular consumer electronics line. He previously worked at the company for 10 years in various manufacturing engineering and quality management capacities. As Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, Malhotra provides leadership for the company’s overall manufacturing and supply chain operations including customer satisfaction, employee safety, demand planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and quality initiatives at the global level. In this role, Malhotra implemented operations strategies to increase value creation across the organization with a powerful focus on customers, people and processes. As Vice President of Commercial and Technical Packaging Sales in the United States, Giles utilizes more than 20 years of sales management experience to precede a team of nearly 100 sales professionals and broker representatives across the country.
